Wedding Planning & Day of Coordination
Phase 1: Free Consultation
The first thing we like to do is get to know a little bit about our clients and what their vision is for their big day or event. We offer a free consultation to go over the logistics of things, such as: what we offer, packages, design ideas, colors, themes, budget, and much more.
Phase 2: Planning
Once you have booked with us, the planning process starts. We will start with a budget, venue selection, and vendors (caterers, cake etc.) This will allow us to effectively design a plan using our online platform, which you will have access to, and be able to see the planning process along the way. This planning tool is a great way to communicate, upload images, and ideas, and keep track of the budget, invoices & payments. This also allows you, the client to have a hands-on opportunity, without doing any of the hard work, but still being in control
Phase 3: Design
The design phase is mostly everyone's favorite phase of the planning process. We center your design around your vision and what we discussed in the consultation, we also center the design around things that are aesthetically pleasing. We will talk more about the look and feel that you and your spouse are wanting for your wedding day, or event. Once you and the designer have come up with a design, we will place it into our online planning & design system, along with some inspiration photos. We also will offer a mock-up, for you to physically see the design before your big day, that way, you know what to expect prior to the wedding or event
Phase 4: Vendor Selection
If you choose the all-in-one wedding package with the coordinator and wedding designer, the wedding coordinator will assist with gathering and helping select vendors. From the florist to the caterer, our wedding coordinator works to find the best vendors, pricing, and selections for you.
Phase 5: Execution
This is your day and as your designer, wedding coordinator, or both, it is our job to make sure that your decor, vendor selection, and execution of your wedding times are delivered, set up, maintained, and disassembled flawlessly and effectively.
